At Chikankaar, we take pride in our handcrafted heritage and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your garment doesn't meet your expectations, you can initiate a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal or email our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive an authorization code.

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure the garment is unworn, unwashed, and has all original Chikankaar tags attached before placing it back in its original packaging.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location near you.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned piece for quality, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
